The one who used to be the natural doubles player and created the name Bakazawa for Akazawa on the day they had their first doubles match together. So yes, he's the guy who shouted at his senpai on the court because they were losing their match and Akazawa didn't listen to him at all. He's still quite ashamed of that event and wishes something like that will never happen again. At the end of his second year, most of the tennis team graduated from Junior High. But there was still Yuuta from the old team on his 9th grade.
Mostly Kaneda is (too) friendly and very calm natured person.A normal guy as most people call him. He's not really a memorable person and he's used to tell his name several times before people remember him. That's okay though, he doesn't mind about it and Kaneda makes new friends easily. Kaneda is still way too shy to tell his own opinions. He's trying to work on it because he doesn't want the Bakazawa situation from the court to happen ever again. So to avoid that from happening, he tries to open his mouth when he has something negative to say. Sometimes he succeeds, mostly he still has lots of work to do with it.
Kaneda graduated from one of Tokyo's many high schools with good grades but failed to get into an university until now. He quit joining tennis team after junior high school but he never quit tennis completely. Nowadays it's only a way to relax though.
